• Concern description: the brief description you share so we can match you with the right psychologist.
• Payment confirmation: confirmation of payment via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. We do not store card numbers or wallet credentials.
• Basic website analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, general location) to improve the website.

Under the anonymous option, you may book with only a first name or nickname — full identity is never required for counselling.

3. How Your Information Is Used

• To match you with a suitable qualified psychologist and schedule sessions.
• To communicate with you about bookings, sessions and support via WhatsApp.
• To maintain the continuity of your treatment with the same psychologist.
• To improve our services and website experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone — ever.

4. Session Confidentiality

Everything you discuss in a counselling session is strictly confidential between you and your psychologist. Session content is not shared with family members, employers, or any third party without your explicit consent. The only exception recognised under professional ethical standards is a situation involving imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others, where safety takes precedence.

5. Data Protection & Retention

Your information is accessible only to the limited team members who need it to coordinate your sessions, and to your matched psychologist. Records are kept only as long as needed to provide services and maintain treatment continuity. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

6. Third-Party Services

Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy and end-to-end encryption. Payments are processed through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or your bank — we never receive or store your financial credentials. Our website may use basic analytics tools that collect anonymised usage data.

7. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Use our services anonymously with a nickname.
• Withdraw from services at any time.
