Online counselling sessions run daily, 9AM to 9PM (Pakistan Standard Time) — including weekends. Overseas clients in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond are scheduled according to their own time zones. Urgent sessions are arranged on priority, subject to psychologist availability.
📅 How Booking Works
Message us on WhatsApp with your concern (a nickname is enough — the anonymous option is free). Within 2 hours we match you with a qualified psychologist — MPhil, MS or PhD, degrees verified — and confirm your session time. Payment is via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. Full fees are on our pricing page: Rs. 2,000 per session, Rs. 9,000 for the 5-session package.
